Original Artwork

Your imprint or embroidery work will be only as good as the artwork that you provide to us. We must have camera-ready artwork ... and not all artwork is camera ready. We must have sharp, high-contrast, color-separated, reproducible art which needs no touch-up. Faxed art, t-shirts, yellow page ads, plastic or paper bags, magnets, business cards, photocopies, letterhead or stationery are not camera-ready and will not work.

Return of Artwork

Hard copy artwork and/or disks that you send us will be returned to you only upon prior request.

Retention of Artwork and Layout

Layouts and artwork are retained by our office for one year only. If there is no change in layout or artwork, then repeat orders may be expedited and setup charges are normally waived.

Art Design Work

Artwork design charges are billed at a minimum of $60 per hour. For embroidery, screen-printing and logo products we must have camera ready artwork (no scanned or photocopied reproductions). Artwork is to be provided by the customer. We prefer two hard copies and/or disk. Artwork may also be e-mailed to us at natalie@bamajammer.com. Multicolored and four-color process artwork must be color separated.

Photo Reproduction and/or Halftones

We are not able to accurately reproduce halftones on all of our products. Halftones are normally charged as an additional color.

Artwork Format

We always need Camera-Ready Artwork.

Artwork must be PC (not Macintosh) compatible in CDR or EPS format. Artwork in any other format may not be "opened", sized and manipulated by us and therefore does not give us the freedom that we need to work with your design and layout.
