Due to the nature of the promotional products industry, the products (if imprinted and manufactured according to the specifications) are non-returnable since they are of no use to anyone except the purchaser. As a result, all orders (with the exceptions below) will require a 100% prepayment at the time that the order is initiated. There may be slight adjustments to the initial deposit such as:

• Over/under runs

• Shipping variables

• Breakage

• Miscellaneous charges

Any price adjustments will be reflected in the invoice and whenever possible prior to delivery to the client.
